How Do I Sign-Up for Foundations Part 1?

Foundations 1 is part of the NCCPSS Track A certification process.

After paying the $20 application fee, you will need to fill out a PSS application. Upon review and acceptance of your application, you will be admitted into the Foundations Part 1 course.

I Completed My Application. How Do I Sign-Up for the Foundations Course?

Following the submission of your application, the NCCPSS application team will need to review the application. The timeframe can vary based on recent application submission volume, but typically this process will take 7 to 10 business days.

Once your application has been approved, we will automatically sign you up for the Foundations Course Part 1. You will receive a notice in your email with instructions on how to access.

I've Been Approved but I Still Can't Find the Course

Log in to your PSS account and click "My Account."

Look for the "Site Tools" section on the right side of the screen. Click "My Courses" to see a list of all courses you are enrolled in, including Foundations 1.
